The Google Years
For 9 years, I worked at Google and Google Cloud. My job wasn't just to "run ads": it was to architect the digital transformation strategies for some of the largest advertisers in EMEA.
I saw firsthand the immense power of data. I helped build systems that automated campaign management, streamlined reporting, and transformed raw data into marketing gold. I built tools like CRMint to help massive companies integrate their data with Google's ecosystem.
But in the world of Enterprise, resources are virtually infinite. If a strategy required a team of 10 data scientists, we hired them. If it needed custom software, we built it.
The "Spark"
The turning point came during a complex project for a major Automotive Franchise network. We were tasked with managing marketing for hundreds of local dealerships.
On paper, these were "small" accounts. But collectively, they were a giant. I watched as the operational bottlenecks piled up. Trying to give 500 individual car dealers "Enterprise-Grade" attention using manual processes was impossible. The agencies couldn't keep up. The data was fragmented. The local dealers were frustrated, feeling like just another number on a spreadsheet.
It hit me: The technology existed to solve this, but it was locked away in the ivory towers of big business.
Small business owners — the plumbers, the local dentists, the boutique shop owners — were fighting a losing battle. They were stuck paying high agency retainers for junior-level attention, or trying to DIY against competitors with million-dollar AI stacks.
Building AIMEY
I realized that if I could package the automation logic, data transformation strategies, and optimization rules used by the giants into a simple AI agent, I could level the playing field.
That's why I started AIMEY.
I didn't go to Venture Capitalists. I didn't want to build a company that prioritized "Growth at all costs" over customer success. I am bootstrapping AIMEY with my own funds. Every line of code, every feature is built because I truly believe in the value it brings to you, not to satisfy a board of investors.
Where We Are Now
Since 2023, I've led a dedicated team of ten software engineers, digital marketing professionals, UX and product specialists to develop the "AIMEY Brain." We aren't just wrapping ChatGPT in a fancy UI. We have made a purpose-built decision engine that understands the mathematics of the Google Ads auction.
My motivation is simple: I want to see small businesses thrive. I want you to have the same digital marketing capabilities as Fortune 500 companies, at a fraction of the cost.
