Verify your business identity in Google Ads (Advertiser Verification). 3. Add your billing method directly to Google. Once these are done, Aimey can launch your campaigns.

How long does it take for my campaigns to go live?

Accepted Answer

As soon as you complete the account linking and billing setup, campaigns are created instantly. However, expect a 'Learning Phase' of 2-3 months for the AI to collect enough training data to reach full optimization mode.

What is Advertiser Verification and why do I need it?

This is a mandatory Google policy. You must submit company registration documents or a personal ID within 60 days of launching. If not completed, Google may pause your ads. Aimey provides step-by-step guidance in your dashboard for this process.

I already have a Google Ads account. Can Aimey use it?

Accepted Answer

Yes. During onboarding, you simply provide your 10-digit Customer ID. Aimey will send a linking request from our Manager Account (MCC). You keep 100% ownership of your account and data.

Why does Aimey need 8-12 weeks to hit my targets?

Google's auction is competitive. Aimey spends the first few weeks: 1. Accumulating conversion data. 2. Training bid algorithms. 3. Refining targeting based on real clicks. We gradually increase efficiency targets as the data threshold for statistical significance is met.

Does Aimey optimize my bids every second?

Aimey monitors 24/7, but acts with discipline. We only make significant bid or keyword changes when a minimum data threshold is collected to ensure the optimization is statistically valid. This prevents 'knee-jerk' reactions that waste budget on small data sets.

What are 'Soft Goals' in my reports?

Soft Goals are upper-funnel actions like 'Add to Cart' or 'Lead Form Started.' We use these early on to train the AI faster when sales volume is still low. As your account matures, we remove these and focus exclusively on Primary Goals (Sales/Leads).

Aimey uses an 80/20 rule logic. It identifies the top 20% of campaigns/ad groups generating 80% of your profit and shifts budget toward them weekly while throttling underperforming areas.

How exactly is the commission calculated?

Aimey charges a flat €49/mo platform fee. Your first €1,000 in monthly spend is included at 0% commission. For spend exceeding €1,000, we charge a progressive commission: 6% capped at €20,000 total spend, and only 3% for any spend above that threshold. We get cheaper as you grow.

Do I pay Google or Aimey for the ads?

You pay Google directly for the ad clicks via the billing method you set up in your Google Ads account. Aimey only charges for the management and optimization service.

Is there a contract or commitment?

Accepted Answer

No. Aimey is a month-to-month service. You can cancel at any time. If you cancel, your campaigns remain in your Google Ads account, but the AI optimization engine will stop running.

What is 'Conversion Mapping'?

This is a critical setup task where we align your website pixels with Aimey's funnel logic. We ensure actions like 'Submit Lead Form' are marked as Primary Goals, and 'Pageviews' are marked as Secondary. This tells the AI exactly what 'Success' looks like.

Do I need to install new tags on my website?

If you have Google Tag Manager or GA4, we can usually import your existing events. If not, Aimey generates a custom pixel setup for you to install. For E-commerce, we strongly recommend our Dynamic Remarketing pixel to capture lost shoppers.

Does Aimey support Shopify or WooCommerce?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Aimey has specialized logic for Online Stores. We sync with your product feed to build Performance Max campaigns and automatically monitor feed health (disapproved items, missing GTINs).

What is 'GCLID' and why do you talk about it?

GCLID is the Google Click ID. For businesses where sales happen offline (like car dealerships or law firms), we capture this ID so you can tell Aimey which specific clicks turned into high-value deals weeks later.

Can Aimey see my personal credit card info?

No. Your billing information is stored securely inside Google's own infrastructure. Aimey only has permission to manage the ads, not to see or edit your payment details.
