Refund Policy

At AIMEY (https://aimey.bot), operated by SpeedBT Limited, we want to ensure you have a clear understanding of your rights regarding cancellations and refunds. Our billing is processed through Paddle, our Merchant of Record.

1. Statutory Right of Cancellation (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

In accordance with consumer protection laws and Paddle’s Buyer Terms, users generally have the right to cancel their subscription within 14 days of the initial purchase without providing a reason.

However, because AIMEY provides a digital service that involves immediate performance (the creation and deployment of Google Ads campaigns), this right is subject to specific conditions outlined below.

2. Exceptions to the Right of Cancellation

By using AIMEY, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms regarding the "commencement of service":

  • Drafting Phase: You may use AIMEY to generate campaign drafts for free for up to 7 days. During this period, no subscription is active, and no charges are made.
  • Subscription & Launch: To move beyond the drafting phase and launch a campaign in Google Ads, a monthly subscription payment is required.
  • Loss of Cancellation Right: When you instruct AIMEY to "Launch" or "Deploy" your campaign to a new or existing Google Ads account, you are providing express consent for the service to begin immediately. You acknowledge that once AIMEY has successfully created and launched at least one campaign in your Google Ads account, the service is considered "fully performed" for that billing cycle, and your statutory 14-day right to cancel and receive a refund is waived.

3. Refund Eligibility

3.1 Eligible for Refund

You are eligible for a full refund of your initial subscription payment if:

  • You request a refund within 14 days of your initial payment; AND
  • AIMEY has not yet created or launched any campaigns in your Google Ads account.

3.2 Ineligible for Refund

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • At least one Google Ads campaign has been created and launched by AIMEY.
  • The 14-day cooling-off period has expired.
  • The request pertains to renewal payments (see Section 4).
  • Your Google Ads account is suspended by Google due to violations of Google’s own advertising policies or payment issues on the Google side.

4. Subscriptions and Renewals

AIMEY operates on a monthly subscription basis.

  • Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your AIMEY dashboard or via Paddle’s customer service. Cancellation stops future billing but does not trigger a refund for the current billing period if the service has already been utilized.
  • Renewals: Automatic renewals are not eligible for the 14-day cooling-off period, as this right only applies to the initial contract.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund within the eligible 14-day window, please contact us at support@aimey.bot or contact Paddle directly at https://paddle.net.

Please include:

  1. Your account email address.
  2. The Paddle Order ID (found in your email receipt).
  3. A brief confirmation that no campaigns have been launched.

6. Disclaimers

AIMEY automates campaign management, but performance (ROAS, clicks, conversions) is subject to market conditions and Google’s algorithms. Lack of specific campaign "performance" or "profitability" does not constitute a ground for a refund once the campaign has been launched.
